As women enter what Jane Fonda has called the Third Age of their lives,
possibilities begin to open up. The responsibilities of home, children
and business begin to take up less room. The
Resting Step™ offers a framework for women in the Third Age
to create what they want from what they have, so that life becomes expansive,
meaningful and juicy.
In this program, you will join a small group of women on a 6 month journey
to begin to implement the Resting Step as an operating framework in
your life. You will use your fellow participants as resources as you
begin to implement each of the elements of The Resting Step framework
in your life. The sessions will be a combination of exploring the material
together, expanding from your own experiences, and applying it in fieldwork
between sessions. We will check in at each step before moving on to
the next.
